What happens when you delete your account:
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. This includes your profile information, food logs, glucose readings, favorites, and any other data stored with your account. This action cannot be undone.
Request Account Deletion
Please provide the email address associated with your Dailybetes account. We will process your request and send a confirmation email within 48 hours.
Request received. We will process your account deletion and send a confirmation to your email within 48 hours. All associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
What Data Is Deleted
- Account profile and login credentials
- Food search history and favorites
- Glucose readings and A1C estimates
- AI chat history with Zara
- Subscription and payment records (billing handled by Apple/Google)
- Any other data associated with your account
Alternative: Delete Data from the App
You can also delete your account directly from the Dailybetes app by going to More → Settings → Delete Account.
